In class we attempted to make fake blood.
The first sample we tried to make it by mixing red food colouring, washing up liquid and coco powder. the problem with it was that it was too thick and wasn't red a real enough.
The second sample was a bit too watery as we used a lot more washing up liquid and a bit of food colouring. It wasn't quite the perfect shade of red.
The final sample was made out of a lot of red food colouring and more syrup to make it very thick and red. Since the ingredients didn't contain any washing up liquid, it meant that the blood was a 100% edible and we decided it would be used to stain LOLA's costume.
